Banpu Public Company Limited stands at the forefront of the Asia-Pacific energy landscape where it strives to supply fuel for power generation in key economies and industry sectors around the world to enhance people’s quality of life.
The company is moving forward to create continuous growth and strengthen the Banpu group’s business ecosystems with the Greener & Smarter strategy,
therefore, the company always have some fun activities for all Banpu's employees to enjoy being connected together across the countries.

[CHALLENGE]

This year, according to Covid-19 situation, face to face activities have to be changed in to 100% digital, that is NMG's challenge, we must seek for any idea to help creating engaging activity thru online platform , in order to help every employees, who has to work far away from each other, can come closer together again without having to worry about the COVID-19 pandemic.

[SOLUTION]

NMG created 'board-game inspired' online platform activity called 'BANPU INNOVATIVE HEART' game , creating 60 mission cards that are inspired by the company's 3 dimensions of Banpu Heart, including 'Passion, Innovative and Committed '. Every player who visit the site and register via their company's email will be allowed to play the random mission card, each of the card has different format and different fun challenge to complete, for examples, the short-answer questions, photo shooting missions or Video recording missions. We also created 'Friend get Friends' feature that allows all the players to invite their friend in the same country to play. And we also have 'TOP LOVED' feature that allows all players to answer and vote for most favorite answers of friends.
In order to promote the online game platform, we collected video footages from each country manager, producing it as 'Activity PR video clip' which has been exclusive sent directly to all employees via their emails.

[RESULT]

After launching the campaign site, we've gained a lot of attentions and participations from Banpu's employees, we've generated conversations and reduced the gap between employees and country managers. This online campaign has successfully helped all Banpu's people to get closer together again during COVID-19 pandemic even they are in different countries around the world.
